Nic shows us anybody can be successful in multifamily real estate if they are focused and determined. Nic was a physical therapist. He tried competing in the multifamily space in Dallas Ft Worth and after some failed attempts he pivoted to a tertiary market. He and his business partner are now the second largest apartment owners in the tertiary market of Abilene Texas. Nic is now invested in almost 900 units as a general partner and 800 units as a limited partner.
